Positive Psychology studies at U Penn,

Good Life.
My current test is: Notice 3 good things that happened every day and analyze why they occurred.
Do this for a month. See how you feel after that. Likely you will find that happiness is the process not the place. Raise the awareness of the process, and see what happens!
